Summer is on its way out, but don’t you dare pout! I’ve got a recipe that’ll make your taste buds shout! You might have thought you’ve tried every BBQ dish in the book, but this one’s gonna take the cake! It’s a flavor extravaganza that will make your taste buds scream “hoorah!” So put down that s’more, grab some bacon, and let’s make some bacon-wrapped corn on the cob that’ll have you singing a joyful ode!

  • 7 strips of bacon
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 cob of corn, boiled
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

How To Make It

Step 1:

  • Lay five strips of bacon side-by-side lengthwise making sure to overlap them a bit. Lay two more strips across them about one third from the bottom. Now lay two slices of cheese on your “bacon cross.

Step 2:

  • Lay the cob of corn on the cheese and roll it up only in the cheese keeping it on the two strips of bacon laying across the bottom layer. Now wrap the bacon crosspieces around the ends of the cob and roll it up in the first bacon layer.

Step 3:

  • Brush with BBQ sauce and grill it at around 275°F for approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to turn them every few minutes so they cook evenly.
