Our bacon pie is not for the faint of heart. With its rich, smoky flavor, it’s sure to satisfy the cravings of any meat or barbecue lover. So what are you waiting for? Get that grill fired up!

  • 19 slices of bacon
  • 1 lb brisket, pulled pork, or ground beef
  • 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
  • 1 fresh jalapeño
  • ½ onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 3 oz fried onions
  • Cast iron pan
  • Smoker or grill

How To Make It

Step 1:

  • Line the cast iron pan with the slices of bacon. Add the meat on top and press it down flat. Sprinkle the BBQ seasoning on top.

Step 2:

  • Slice the green pepper, onion, and jalapeño into rings and place them on top of the meat.

Step 3:

  • Sprinkle grated cheese onto everything and fold the bacon slices over the meat.

Step 4:

  • Brush BBQ sauce onto the entire bacon pie and place the pan on a grill/smoker heated to 350°F for 45 minutes or until your desired internal temp.
